The fine print
Privacy, in plain English
This is a menu-and-catering website for a barbecue restaurant and caterer. It collects almost nothing, and here is the whole story.
The short version
No cookies. No analytics. No ad trackers. No accounts. The only personal information we ever receive through this site is what you choose to type into the catering request form, or what you send us yourself by email or phone.
The catering form
The form on the catering page asks for your name, a way to reach you (phone or email), and details about your event: date, headcount, town, and anything you want to tell us. Submitting it sends those details to our inbox, gatorpitbbqnh@gmail.com, and nowhere else.
We use what you send to answer you and quote your event. We don't sell it, share it, or add you to any mailing list. If your event doesn't book and you'd like the email deleted, ask and we'll delete it.
What we don't do
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising scripts. If that ever changes, this page changes first, before anything goes live.
Third parties we rely on
The site is hosted on Vercel, which keeps standard server logs (things like IP address, page requested, and time) to run the service. Our fonts load from Google Fonts, so your browser requests those font files from Google's servers when the page loads. Links to Facebook, Instagram, Google Maps and WMUR take you to sites run by those companies, under their own privacy policies.
Questions
